Is Sex the World’s Most Traded Commodity?

Good evening, everyone. From what I have seen while working as a security officer at hotels in Ogun State, sex appears to be one of the most consistently traded services in the world. At my previous posting, men of different ages, including married men, regularly came in for short stays or overnight visits with women. Short stays reportedly started from about ₦10,000, while overnight arrangements could cost ₦20,000 or more. With many hotels and chalets operating in the area, a huge amount of money changes hands daily. At my current posting, some sex workers live permanently at the premises and pay daily rent, while other rooms are rented out nightly. I have also seen men arrive at odd hours, willing to pay heavily to be connected with a woman. Based on these experiences, I wonder: is sex the biggest commodity in the world, or is there another product or service that is traded more often?
