Remote HR Associate Role – Join a Fast-Growing Team

We’re looking for a sharp, organised HR Associate to join our fast-growing company on a full-time, remote basis. You’ll handle internal HR functions and support recruitment for our nationwide field agent network. Responsibilities include managing recruitment campaigns, running staff onboarding and offboarding, maintaining confidential employee records, supporting monthly payroll preparation, and tracking large-scale field agent pipelines across different states. You should have 2–4 years of HR experience in recruitment and general HR operations, a degree in HR or a related field, strong organisational and communication skills, and high integrity in handling confidential data. Startup, fintech experience and CIPM certification are a plus. This is an immediate hire, with priority given to candidates who can start right away.
