Kehinde Adegbodu, twin brother of late gospel singer Taiwo Adegbodu, has revealed how armed robbers attacked his home eight days after the funeral. He was in Osogbo when his sister-in-law called in terror, reporting that intruders demanded to see him and find the money raised by Yinka Ayefele. The robbers ransacked the house for over 45 minutes, stealing cash, jewellery, clothing and personal items. Kehinde explained that the donations had already funded a family building project for Taiwo’s burial and pledged to share his account balance to prove no funds remain. He fears for his children’s safety, as they now struggle to sleep in their own home. The gospel singer’s funeral was marked by a wake-keep on March 31 and burial on April 1, with notable tributes from Yinka Ayefele, Muyiwa Ademola and other Nollywood figures.
