Bossing the expansion of the Akwete weaving industry, Otti unveiled plans for a 14,800-square-metre hub offering training, production, finishing, packaging, and market outreach. He stressed blending heritage with innovation to boost global competitiveness. Both leaders underscored unity beyond partisan lines and lauded recent economic reforms. Their collaboration promises renewed national focus and strategic investment in Abia’s rich weaving tradition.
