COOUTH Praises MSF’s Role in Strengthening GBV Healthcare in Anambra
At a stakeholders’ workshop in Awka, COOUTH’s Chief Medical Director commended Doctors Without Borders for its vital support in Anambra’s health sector. The event focused on boosting response services for survivors of sexual violence and on building stronger collaboration among healthcare providers and relevant stakeholders. Represented by the Medical Advisory Committee leaders, the CMD reaffirmed COOUTH’s commitment to partner with primary and secondary facilities. She stressed that prompt referrals and specialist care are essential for better outcomes.
