Finding Courage Through Faith: A Biblical Guide to Overcoming Anxiety

Finding Courage Through Faith: A Biblical Guide to Overcoming Anxiety

Fear has shadowed us since Eden. From the moment Adam and Eve hid from God, anxiety has gripped human hearts in many forms—fear of failure, sickness, rejection, financial insecurity and even death. Yet the Bible reminds believers that fear and faith cannot share the same throne. While anxiety may knock, it does not have to settle in your heart. God invites His children to trust Him and live by faith. Scripture declares: “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7 KJV) This promise assures us that God’s Spirit empowers us to walk in courage, love and peace—even when life feels uncertain.
