Drive Growth as Head of Sales & Marketing for a Premium Nigerian Hair Brand

We are a Lagos-based premium hair brand with customers across Nigeria, the UK, the US, and Canada. We’re hiring a Head of Sales & Marketing to build our commercial engine from scratch, own revenue targets, and lead a high-performance team. You will set monthly and quarterly revenue goals, implement a CRM, manage the full sales pipeline, and expand across website, WhatsApp, TikTok Shop, and wholesale channels. You’ll lead digital marketing with full ROAS accountability and drive customer retention and loyalty. Your first 30 days will focus on fixing seven identified commercial gaps— from no CRM or follow-up system to an unconverted website and missing B2B strategy. This builder’s role demands a proven track record hitting ₦500M+ revenue targets, hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, and comfort with CRM and marketing automation tools. Requirements: 5–7 years in sales or marketing with at least 2 years of team leadership in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. To apply, submit your CV, a one-page case study, and a 300-word plan on which bottleneck you’d tackle first using “Head, Sales & Marketing” as your subject. Deadline: 24 April 2026.

Absolutely! We'll need grassroots salon networking here and slick online campaigns in Western markets.

Which local buying habits in Nigeria versus Western markets would you highlight to shape our sales approach more effectively?

I notice the role demands building a commercial engine from scratch but doesn't detail the initial budget or support structure needed to hit those targets.

Building revenue targets without clarifying existing customer acquisition channels risks setting unrealistic expectations for the new Head of Sales and Marketing.

A clear step might be mapping out key market segments and establishing performance KPIs before launching any new sales initiatives across Nigeria, the UK, US, and Canada.
