Oil Mogul Faces PSFU Probe After Lagos Woman Claims He Stole Her Used Sanitary Pad and Burglarised Her Ikoyi Home
A Lagos-based woman has petitioned the Police Special Fraud Unit over alleged burglary, theft, forgery and threats involving a Delta State oil businessman. She says they were in a seven-year relationship. He bought her a luxury four-bedroom apartment in Ikoyi in 2024, and she paid service charges in her name. The dispute broke out in January 2026 after a night together. The woman claimed she woke to find a used sanitary pad missing. She confronted him and says the pad was found in his pocket. Frightened, she locked the property and fled. Reviewing her CCTV footage days later, she alleges the businessman’s associates broke in and stole a Range Rover, a 2024 Lexus RX350, cash worth $50,000 and ₦10 million, and jewellery valued over £200,000. She also claims her property documents were fraudulently altered and reissued in his name at the Federal Land Registry. She says her family has faced threats and intimidation. The PSFU in Lagos is now investigating these allegations.
