A modern agricultural enterprise near Mosimi/Sagamu is seeking a disciplined, hands-on Farm Manager to lead a commercial Habanero (Atarodo) field. The operation uses automated boreholes, advanced filtration, and gravity-fed drip irrigation, with plans for fast multi-acre expansion. Key Duties: • Oversee daily operation and upkeep of boreholes, storage tanks, and backup power systems • Manage precise drip irrigation and Venturi fertigation schedules based on crop stages • Conduct daily field scouting for pests and diseases and implement spray programs • Supervise F1 Hybrid seedling nurseries in coco-peat trays under shade structures • Log water use, fertiliser inputs, yield data, pest control, and labour hours Requirements: • B.Agric, B.Tech or HND in Agronomy, Crop Production, Soil Science, or related field • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing open-field vegetable or pepper farms in Southwest Nigeria • Expert knowledge of drip systems, disc filters, and Venturi injectors • Fluent in English; conversational Yoruba ideal for field team management Package: Competitive salary (₦70,000–₦100,000) plus 5–10% profit share on net harvest revenue.
