High Chief Anthony Idigo Honoured with International Leadership Award
High Chief Anthony Iyk Idigo, Superintendent of Corps in the NSCDC Bayelsa Command, has vowed to intensify his service after receiving the prestigious International Leadership Award from the Chartered Institute of Marine, Port and Terminal Management Professionals, USA. The award was presented by Mr Patrick Mark, Regional Director of Training for the Chartered Institute in Nigeria. The ceremony, held at BW Star Fire Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos on March 28, was also celebrated in Ekeremor, Bayelsa. In his acceptance speech, Idigo expressed gratitude and pledged to keep the Nigerian flag flying high at international levels. He dedicated the honour to his wife, Chief Mrs Iyom Carol Mma Iyke Idigo, for her unwavering support. Mr Mark praised Idigo as a dedicated and trusted professional whose leadership merits continued recognition and motivation.
