Exclusive: First Photo of ISWAP Commander Abu-Bilal al-Minuki Emerges After Joint US-Nigeria Operation

A security analyst has released what appears to be the first public image of senior ISWAP commander Abu-Bilal al-Minuki. The photograph was obtained from sources involved in the intelligence-led operation in Metele, Borno State.
