Ayesha Howard Alleges Anthony Edwards Hid Millions to Dodge Child Support

Ayesha Howard Alleges Anthony Edwards Hid Millions to Dodge Child Support — 1 of 9
1 / 9

Ayesha Howard has accused NBA guard Anthony Edwards of hiding his financial ties to California to avoid a child support ruling for their daughter, Aubri. New court filings in Los Angeles claim Edwards maintained an LLC, trademark registrations and a Beverly Hills bank account despite testifying he had no meaningful presence in the state. Howard’s lawyers say this evidence could reopen the jurisdiction question and alter his support obligations. Edwards has not publicly responded to the allegations. The dispute began in October 2024 when Edwards filed a paternity petition in Georgia. Since then, Howard has denied rumours of a lump-sum settlement and is now seeking a one-time payment of $500,000 plus a public apology for reputational damage.

Even with those trademark filings and that Beverly Hills account, it seems odd there's no clear cut evidence of intentional avoidance.

Couldn't some of these moves be standard business strategy rather than a deliberate attempt to dodge child support?

If courts can trace LLC holdings, they should push for swift asset searches and transparent financial disclosures.
