19-Year-Old Man Fatally Stabbed in Whitstable on Good Friday
Kent Police have opened a murder investigation after a 19-year-old man died in a suspected stabbing in Whitstable on Good Friday. Officers and paramedics responded to reports of a serious assault on Belmont Road just after 2am. An air ambulance landed nearby at Westmeads Recreation Ground around 3am, but the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene. A forensics tent now stands beside local flats while detectives carry out their inquiries.
