Two Suspects Arrested in Midnight Robbery at EKSU Student Hostels

At about 2:30 a.m. last Saturday, operatives of the Iworoko Police Division responded to a distress call from private student hostels off-campus at Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. Police trailed the culprits to their hideout and arrested two suspects, Abdulraman Abdulmumini (26) and Abdulsalam Oseni (31). Both have confessed and are assisting investigators to identify other gang members still at large. The state Commissioner of Police, Michael Falade, has appealed to the public for credible information that will help secure the arrest of fleeing suspects and the recovery of stolen phones and other items.
