Real Estate Firm Seeks Administrative Officer in Ikoyi, Lagos
Join a leading real estate firm in Ikoyi as an Administrative Officer. In this hybrid full-time role, you will manage daily office operations, supervise support staff, and coordinate property logistics while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising assistants, monitoring attendance and schedules, coordinating supplies and facility maintenance, handling vehicle dispatch and property inspections, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and client files. You will also support audit preparation, serve as the first point of contact for clients, and assist the sales and property management teams with follow-up tasks. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field, with 2–4 years of administrative or office management experience.
