Hiring: Events & Facilitation Coordinator for Tech Programs

About the role: We deliver tech talent programs across Africa, Europe, and North America. As our Events & Facilitation Coordinator, you’ll organize hackathons, developer meetups, hiring fairs, webinars, and workshops for both local and global audiences. Key responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual tech events • Source and manage speakers, panelists, and facilitators • Handle end-to-end logistics across time zones • Facilitate sessions and keep participants engaged • Oversee vendors, partners, budgets, and post-event reporting Requirements and benefits: You have 2–4 years of experience organizing tech events or community programs. You’re fluent in English, comfortable with Zoom, Miro, Slido, and other event platforms, and thrive under pressure.
