Flying Eagles’ Odinaka and Adeleke Make WAFU B U-20 Group Stage Best XI

Flying Eagles defender Alfred Odinaka and forward Abdulmuiz Adeleke have been named in the WAFU B U-20 Championship Group Stage Best XI. Odinaka was selected after a string of solid defensive displays, while Adeleke earned his place after scoring four goals in three matches. He netted twice in Nigeria’s 4-2 win over Ghana and added two more in the 3-0 victory over Togo. Nigeria finished second in Group B after a 2-0 loss to Burkina Faso but still qualified for the semi-finals. The Flying Eagles will face hosts Côte d’Ivoire on Wednesday.
