Obasanjo, Atiku, Kwankwaso Unite Opposition at Ibadan Summit

Leaders from the PDP, ADC, NNPP and other opposition parties gathered at the Oyo State Government House Banquet Hall in Ibadan for a national summit. Former President Olusegun Obasanjo chaired the meeting while Governor Seyi Makinde hosted it. They described the event as a strategic move to address Nigeria’s socio-economic and security challenges. Attendees included former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour. They pledged to strengthen inter-party cooperation ahead of upcoming elections. Discussions focused on building a unified opposition framework, mapping out collaborative strategies and presenting a formidable front against the ruling party.
