In a bid to boost handwriting abilities among primary pupils, Ogun State’s Basic Education Ambassador organised a workshop for 100 public school teachers. The session was held at Imo Methodist Primary School, Oke-Yeke, Abeokuta, with participants from Abeokuta North Local Government schools. The SUBEB Chairman hailed the initiative as a strategic intervention and urged teachers to embrace the research-based methods shared. Prof. Ben Ezeohagwu outlined six pillars of good handwriting, including clear strokes, balanced spacing, and consistent rhythm. Officials encouraged regular practice and knowledge sharing to ensure pupils develop legible writing, better classroom participation, and stronger academic outcomes.
