If It’s a Three-Horse Race, Did Tinubu Really Win in 2023?

I keep hearing that Obi’s support for the NDC helped Tinubu. Did Tinubu really win the 2023 election outright? Do you think he truly won in PDP strongholds like Port Harcourt, or in Katsina, Kaduna, and Bayelsa? The three-horse race now looks to favor Peter Obi. Kano’s 1.9 million votes show Obi’s strength. ADC is firmly rooted in the North, and both Atiku and Tinubu will battle for the North East and North West. The South East and South South, including Akwa Ibom, seem set to back Obi, while the South West will be contested between him and Tinubu. Atiku risks finishing a distant third without any governors to support him. The only thing that can derail the Obi movement is INEC’s conduct and the international community’s scrutiny of next year’s polls.
