Reflecting on Fatherhood, Peace and My Children’s Naming Ceremonies
I recently celebrated the naming ceremony of my first child, Baby Light, with gratitude to God for the gift of life. As a father, I believe intentional parenting can help create peace, understanding and unity among children. I also believe that many wider conflicts begin with unresolved pain and poor family relationships. I encourage everyone to reflect on how we can support peace and prosperity in our homes and neighbourhoods. I am also building a digital and offline way to document and celebrate the naming ceremonies of my children, including Baby Sound-Breeze, whom I call the Prince of Utopia.
