A ₦400 million fully furnished mansion reportedly gifted to content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his partner Jarvis in Life Camp, Abuja, has been linked to an ongoing land ownership dispute. Urban Paradise Estate and Yakoson Ventures allege that the property is located on land encroached upon by Paul-B Homes Limited. They say the matter is before the FCT High Court in Apo under suit number CV/116/2026. The estate further alleges that construction has continued despite court processes. It urged prospective buyers and investors in the area to carry out proper due diligence and seek legal clarification while the case remains before the court. The allegations have not been determined by the court, and no party should be considered responsible until a final ruling is delivered.
