Ogun CP Pledges Zero Tolerance for Misconduct and Corruption

Ogun CP Pledges Zero Tolerance for Misconduct and Corruption

The newly appointed Commissioner of Police in Ogun State, Mr Bode Ojajuni, has promised to enforce discipline, professionalism and respect for human rights within the Command. He assured residents of a zero-tolerance stance on corruption, abuse of office and any form of misconduct. He described citizens as the true bosses of the Force and urged officers to uphold accountability at all times. He highlighted reporting channels like the Complaint Response Unit, the Gateway Shield App and the Police Control Room. He also vowed to strengthen internal monitoring teams such as the X-Squad and the Police Monitoring Unit. Mr Ojajuni committed to proactive policing and collaboration with community leaders. He emphasised officer welfare and unity in ensuring peace and the safety of lives and property.
