Logistics Assistant Wanted for Global IT Service Hub in Ikeja
We’re hiring a Logistics Assistant to support daily inventory and logistics at our service centre in Ikeja. You will handle spare parts, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with engineers and other regional locations to meet service-level agreements across top OEM brands. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and log parts and equipment in inventory and CRM systems - Track part movements and support routine cycle counts and audits - Coordinate shipments between Ikeja, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Lekki, and Ibadan - Prepare waybills and ensure packaging meets required standards - Update documentation for compliance and OEM reporting Requirements: - OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field - 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations - Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills - Comfortable using CRM and inventory management tools - Ability to lift equipment and work in an active service-centre environment To apply, send your CV to our HR team with “Logistics Assistant – Ikeja” as the subject.
