Hiring: Administrative/HR Manager – Lagos Island (₦200,000/month)

We are seeking an experienced Administrative/HR Manager to oversee human resources and office operations on Lagos Island. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and ensure compliance with labor regulations while fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, handling performance management, and overseeing facilities and vendor relationships. You will also monitor staff attendance, organize training initiatives, and prepare regular HR reports. To qualify, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. An HR certification is an added advantage.
