The ministry said these claims do not reflect the Tinubu administration’s commitment to workers’ welfare and industrial harmony. It stated that dialogue and responsible negotiations with health sector unions will continue in good faith. Discussions with relevant health unions are ongoing. The ministry recognised the critical role of healthcare professionals and affirmed that all engagements will follow established labour laws and international best practices.
