Businessman Sues Ex-Wife for Refusing to Vacate Mararaba Home, Seeks Custody of Four Children

A businessman from Orange Market in Mararaba has asked Upper Area Court 1 in Karu to intervene. He claims his ex-wife still lives in his house years after their divorce. He wants her evicted and full custody of their four children. He says the marriage ended five years ago after repeated conflicts and disrespect. Their four children are aged 22, 19 and a set of six-year-old twins. He alleges she refused to relocate despite attempts to resolve the matter. He also fears for his safety, claiming her comments sounded like threats. He asks the court to confirm their divorce and to hold her liable if harm befalls him. After hearing the submissions, the judge adjourned the case until June 3 for further hearing and consideration.
