Kamdi Okeke graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering and a 3.95 GPA. He also scored 521 on the MCAT and built an impressive profile through community service, biomedical research, and AI-driven projects. He received offers from five top U.S. medical schools and was waitlisted at Johns Hopkins. Starting his MD in August 2026, Okeke earned the Perelman School of Medicine’s Twenty-First Century Scholars’ Award covering full tuition and fees—worth over $320,000. The University of Pennsylvania added $110,511 to his scholarship package. Together, these awards total $442,044 in support for his medical training.
