Ethiopian Youth Football Delegation Reportedly Missing in Sweden After Gothia Cup
About 20 members of an Ethiopian youth football delegation, including players aged 14 to 17 and adult supervisors, are reportedly unaccounted for in Sweden after the Gothia Cup in Gothenburg. The group allegedly left its hotel without checking out after the tournament ended. They have not returned to Ethiopia more than a week later. Swedish police are working with the Migration Agency, border police and authorities in other countries to trace them.
