GSS Kwali Alumni Elect First National Executives at 44th Anniversary

The Government Secondary School (GSS) Kwali Old Students Association has marked the school’s 44th anniversary with the election of its first democratically elected national executive council. Surv. Abayomi Kayode Otitoju was elected national president, while Ike-Onuigbo Chinyere Gift emerged as national vice president. Other elected officers include Ekpo Samuel, Immaculate Unekwu Offor, Leonard James, Aisha Mohammed Mundi, Ibrahim Shekwoduza and Blessing Rufus. The association said efforts to establish a central alumni body gained momentum in 2019 to unite graduates from different sets. The new leadership plans to support infrastructure, academic excellence and mentorship for current students, while encouraging unregistered alumni in Nigeria and abroad to join the association.
