We’re seeking a Tech & Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive customer success. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for agents and landlords. You’ll handle enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls, troubleshoot platform issues, guide new users through onboarding, and document feedback for product improvements. Your mission is simple: help our users succeed with our technology. Ideal candidates have customer or technical support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with web and mobile apps, Google Workspace, and support ticketing systems is an advantage. You should be patient, empathetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
