My Sleeper Stretch Routine That Fixed My Shoulder Mobility
I started the sleeper stretch three weeks ago when my shoulder felt restricted during overhead presses. It also clicked during certain movements. A physio friend said it might be posterior capsule tightness. After doing the stretch consistently, overhead mobility has improved. The clicking is almost gone. My bench press now feels more stable and controlled. The key was keeping my shoulder blade pinned down against the surface instead of letting it wing forward. At first I did it wrong and barely felt any stretch. If you’ve been told you have shoulder impingement or limited internal rotation, add this stretch to your nightly routine. Has anyone else tried it and seen similar results?
