Akpabio Says He’s Stopped Watching TV Over Frequent Misquotation

Akpabio Says He’s Stopped Watching TV Over Frequent Misquotation

Senate President Godswill Akpabio says he no longer watches television because his comments are often misrepresented. Speaking at the inauguration of access roads in Karsana, Abuja, he clarified that the Tinubu administration and the FCT minister have commissioned 31 projects in three years, with 19 more planned before next year’s elections. He highlighted major works across the country, from 74 dams between Badagry and Sokoto to the long-delayed coastal road in the Niger Delta. He also praised the completion of the revived revenue service headquarters and noted that satellite towns around the FCT are now feeling the impact of governance.
