Oyo Police Arrest 10 Suspects, Recover Alleged Human Parts in Iseyin and Saki

The Oyo State Police Command says it has arrested 10 suspects over an alleged human-parts trafficking ring in Iseyin and Saki. Police said the arrests followed months of intelligence gathering and surveillance by the Command Monitoring Unit. Searches of the suspects’ hideouts reportedly led to the recovery of a human heart, flesh, pieces of skull and assorted charms. The recovered items have been secured for forensic examination. Police said the suspects are assisting investigators as efforts continue to trace the source of the remains and identify other alleged members of the syndicate.
