Trapped in 24/7 Work: How Do I Escape an Abusive Employer?

Sometimes, it feels like it’s a crime just to work for someone. I’m running on empty under my boss’s endless demands. I handle energy monitoring, admin tasks, cleaning, pool maintenance, DJ work, and guide staff—all without a break. I even work through nights with no rest or proper sleeping space. My boss verbally assaults me, calls me lazy in front of colleagues, and refuses to grant days off. I’m mentally and physically drained and ready to take a pay cut for my sanity.
