The jet in question was owned by Eagle Air, where he held an interest, and leased at the time to Green Coast Produce Ltd. Reports show it was chartered by Mr. John Ishyaku. A federal panel later examined the aircraft, lease agreements, passengers and crew. According to official findings, there was no evidence linking Pastor Oritsejafor to the cash movement. The panel concluded he had no knowledge of or role in the operation. Despite years of media attacks and rumours, no criminal charges were filed against him.
