Wizkid Labels Burna Boy ‘Diddy Babe’ After DJ Tunez Clash
Nigerian star Wizkid has waded into the scuffle between his aide DJ Tunez and colleague Burna Boy. According to entertainment site reports, Burna Boy and his crew allegedly confronted DJ Tunez at a nightclub while he danced with a Diddy towel. In a now-viral tweet, Wizkid called Burna Boy a “pussy nigga” and said he’d “never seen a fool like this Diddy babe.” The Nigerian DJ Association has since urged its members to stop playing Burna Boy’s music. In a statement, the group stressed that DJs should treat everyone equally, regardless of skin colour, religion or background. Burna Boy responded by posting a video of himself dancing to Tunez’s track in his hotel room and taunting Wizkid’s camp. This isn’t the first spat between the two. Burna Boy has previously clashed with a Wizkid fan and a close associate, even joking about getting a pilot to urinate on those he dislikes. The ongoing feud shows no signs of cooling off.
