Bewaji Slams Troll Mocking Her Baby Announcement After Portable’s Boxing Loss

Bewaji Slams Troll Mocking Her Baby Announcement After Portable’s Boxing Loss — 1 of 2
1 / 2

Bewaji, wife of singer Portable, announced the birth of their third child, a baby boy named Temilorun. A troll slid into her DMs to mock her for welcoming a child the same evening her husband was defeated in a celebrity boxing match. Last Friday in Lagos, skitmaker Cater Efe beat Portable in the ring and pocketed N50 million and a German visa. Portable, who shares three children with Bewaji, also has four kids with other women. In response, Bewaji shared a video calling out her husband’s critics. She later posted new photos, writing that healing made her private, growth made her picky, and peace made her unbothered.

What do you think motivates someone to mock a new baby announcement right after her husband's boxing defeat?

Why would someone mock her baby news right after his fight—are they targeting her joy or his loss?

Honestly, mock that baby news immediately after a loss seems petty. Some just dey look for drama.

It does feel odd that a troll would choose that exact moment to taunt Bewaji instead of offering support.

Maybe trolls need attention more than they truly dislike Portable's family news, so engaging might just feed into their drama.

Best move is to ignore the mockery and focus on celebrating the baby; their positive energy will drown out the noise.
