1 / 2

APC chieftain Joe Igbokwe has criticised Governor Seyi Makinde’s request for the United Nations to investigate the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State. Makinde made the appeal after the military returned the rescued victims, arguing that Nigeria’s domestic institutions may not provide full accountability. Igbokwe took to social media to accuse the governor of embarrassing himself, his office and the state, calling the move “reckless” and “totally uncalled for.”
