Joshua vs Fury Fight Finally Signed, Says Promoter Hearn

Joshua vs Fury Fight Finally Signed, Says Promoter Hearn

Anthony Joshua has agreed to face Tyson Fury after years of talks, promoter Eddie Hearn has confirmed. Joshua will make his comeback on July 25 in Riyadh against Kristian Prenga before the long-awaited Fury showdown. Both fighters are two-time world champions who have dominated heavyweight boxing for over a decade. The British star’s last bout was against Jake Paul, and he stepped away after a car crash in Nigeria that killed two team members. Joshua says the Prenga fight is the next step on his return journey. No date or venue has been set for Joshua versus Fury, though Hearn has hinted it could take place in November on a major streaming platform.

I'm not so sure Joshua even has a clear edge heading into that fight this summer.

It's interesting that Hearn confirmed the rematch after the Riyadh comeback fight, but qualifying those big dates still feels quick.

I no sure say two-time champions alone guarantee it'll be best fight ever; styles and tactics matter more than titles.
