Big Brother Naija star Chinwe Elibe exposed a male stylist at the 2026 AMVCA after he allegedly took N800,000 from her and N400,000 from her friend. He had promised to handle their red carpet looks but then stopped replying. Chinwe and her friend ran into the stylist on the red carpet and publicly confronted him by name. She warned that his “cup is full” and vowed to make him famous for the wrong reasons. This incident follows a string of celebrity fraud cases. Actress Sarah Martins, designer Tolu Bally, veteran actress Carol King and others have also reported servants or helpers stealing money and valuables.
