GUO Logistics is recruiting a Customer Service Representative at its Wuse II office in Abuja. You will manage customer enquiries on parcel booking, rates, delivery timelines and resolve complaints to ensure top service standards. Key duties include coordinating parcel routing and dispatch, verifying proper packaging and inspections, tracking shipments, updating customers on delivery status, and maintaining accurate waybills, manifests and proof of delivery. You will also support revenue collection and work closely with operations and dispatch teams for smooth logistics flow. Requirements: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in logistics or courier services. Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems are essential. Work schedule runs Mondays to Sundays with one day off each week across two shifts: 7:30am–1:30pm and 1:00pm–8:00pm. Monthly salary is ₦110,000.
