Nasarawa Deputy Speaker Survives Crash on Keffi–Akwanga Highway

The Deputy Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Muhammad Adamu Oyanki, was involved in a road accident along the Keffi–Akwanga highway on Monday morning. His vehicle suffered extensive damage but was safely evacuated to the Assembly complex in Lafia. Speaker Danladi Jatau and fellow lawmakers later inspected the wrecked car. Describing the incident as unfortunate, the Speaker expressed gratitude that no lives were lost and confirmed the Deputy Speaker is in stable condition. We thank Almighty God for saving his life and are grateful that he is safe, Jatau said.
