Ice Prince Debuts Slimmer Look with ‘No Sugar, No Alcohol’ Lifestyle

Ice Prince Debuts Slimmer Look with ‘No Sugar, No Alcohol’ Lifestyle — 1 of 3
1 / 3

Nigerian rapper Ice Prince unveiled his slim new look on social media and described it as a testimony of grace. He says he’s still a work in progress. He shared his strict routine, cutting out sugar, alcohol, soda, pasta, bread and seed oils. He’s also celibate, quit smoking, walks twice daily and works out every day. He follows an OMAD schedule most days, eats 50% protein, 30% veggies and 20% carbs, and goes to bed by 10pm for six to seven hours of sleep. He adds that he has never tried drugs, energy supplements or steroid-like substances. He ends each day with an hour of reading and says he’s mindful and focused on self-improvement. His new album drops tomorrow. Many Nigerian celebrities have recently shown major weight loss transformations, from Mercy Johnson and Tacha to Chioma and Eniola Badmus. The trend has sparked both excitement and concerns over health and well-being.

Cutting out sugar, alcohol, soda, pasta and bread all at once sounds extreme—might set you up for burnout pretty fast.

Strict routines can feel restrictive; maybe small changes over time would deliver lasting results instead of an all-or-nothing approach.

If you want to try his routine, start by dropping one item at a time and track how your energy levels respond each week.
