Your Spirit: God’s Holy Dwelling

The Bible calls you a living temple, with your spirit as the Most Holy Place where God’s presence rests. In the Old Testament, only the high priest could enter the inner sanctuary once a year. Today, that veil is torn and God dwells in your innermost being. Your body represents the outer court, your soul the holy place, and your spirit the Holy of Holies. Through Christ and the Holy Spirit, you carry God’s glory, guidance, and power from within. Pray knowing you’re already in His presence. Seek direction by looking inward, and let His righteousness shine through your life as you live from the reality of your spirit’s sacred dwelling.

I completely agree, seeing my body as God's temple made me more mindful in each prayer and daily act.

It's interesting to note we all accept the veil is torn, yet many struggle to sense God's presence within their own lives.

I'm not convinced every believer genuinely feels God in their innermost being just because the temple analogy sounds inspiring.

Maybe start by setting aside a few quiet minutes daily, focusing inward to cultivate awareness of God's presence in your body.
