In this full-time role, you will lead contractor activation by boosting work order acceptance and responsiveness. You will identify engagement challenges, design targeted outreach campaigns and partner closely with Product, Recruitment and Sales teams. You will also develop training resources, monitor performance metrics and convert contractor interactions into insights that guide leadership decisions. This is a global, fully remote position offering a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 and equity opportunities.
