INEC Still Waiting for Court’s Certified Copy to Void NDC Registration

The Independent National Electoral Commission says it has not received the certified true copy of the federal high court’s ruling that nullified the Nigeria Democratic Congress registration. In suit FHC/LKJ/CS/49/2025, Justice Isah Dashen held the earlier judgment was constitutionally defective and ordered the case to begin afresh with all interested parties joined. INEC sources told news agencies the commission is aware of the ruling but cannot act until it reviews the official court document.
