Toddler Dies After Falling from Second-Storey Flat in Sutton, Woman Arrested

A three-year-old boy has tragically died after falling from a second-storey window of a block of flats in Sutton, south London. Emergency services, including London Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance, raced to the scene on Sunday afternoon. The child was rushed to hospital but could not be saved. The Metropolitan Police have arrested a woman in her 30s on suspicion of child neglect. She has been bailed pending further enquiries as the investigation continues.
