Holy Anger, Justice and the Call to Sexual Purity

Sexual temptation is often presented as a private choice, but it can be connected to wider patterns of exploitation, abuse and damaged relationships. This devotional reflects on Micah 6:8 and calls believers to pursue justice, mercy and humility. Pornography and casual sexual culture can harm performers, viewers, families and children. Rather than responding with condemnation, Christians are encouraged to show compassion for those affected while rejecting systems that exploit human dignity. Holy anger at injustice can strengthen the pursuit of purity. It is not only about personal rules, but also about refusing to support practices that may harm vulnerable people. Confession: I acknowledge that sex is sacred and designed by God for divine purposes. By His grace, I will honour and uphold its sanctity. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
