Former elected council chairmen in Ebonyi State, under the National Association of Former Elected Local Government Chairmen of Nigeria (NALGON EMERITUS), elected new state and zonal officers at a Saturday meeting in Abakaliki. Pharm. Tony Ekoh was voted State Chairman, with Hon. Dunstan Nwogbaga as Deputy Chairman and Engr. Dr. Jeff Ogbu as State Secretary. Other key appointees include Hon. Emmanuel Nwangele (Treasurer), Barr. Clement Odaa (Legal Adviser) and zonal chairmen for North, South and Central.
